Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests at Soltyx are considered carefully and on a case-by-case basis to ensure every situation is handled with the fairness and attention it deserves. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, service agreement signing date, or deposit payment date — whichever occurs first. To be eligible for consideration, the service in question must not have been fully delivered, commissioned, or installed at the time the request is made. All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid and clearly stated reason, supported by relevant documentation where applicable and available. Please note that deposits made specifically for consultation sessions, site assessments, feasibility studies, or equipment procurement and reservation may be classified as non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and the costs already incurred by Soltyx on your behalf at the time of the request.

Non-Refundable Services and Products

Soltyx recognizes that certain services and products reach a point of no return once they have been initiated, commissioned, or fully delivered — and these fall outside the scope of our standard refund eligibility. Services and products that are non-refundable include but are not limited to: completed solar panel installation and commissioning services, custom equipment orders placed specifically for your project, site assessment and feasibility study fees, engineering and design consultation fees, and any third-party costs, permits, or procurement expenses incurred by Soltyx on your behalf during the course of your project. In situations where work has already commenced but has not been fully completed at the time a cancellation or refund request is received, Soltyx may at its sole discretion issue a partial refund based on a fair and transparent calculation of the percentage of work remaining and the costs already invested. In all such cases, our team will communicate clearly, honestly, and in writing about what costs have already been incurred before any partial refund decision is communicated or processed.

How to Request a Refund

Submitting a refund request with Soltyx is a straightforward and transparent process designed to make a potentially difficult situation as smooth and stress-free as possible. To initiate a refund request, please contact our dedicated customer support team directly at support@soltyx.com and include the following information in your message: your full legal name, your order reference number or contract agreement number, the date of your original purchase or agreement signing, a detailed and honest description of your reason for requesting a refund, and any supporting documentation that may help our team review your case fairly and efficiently. Upon receiving your request, our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete a thorough review of your case within 7 business days of acknowledgement. If your refund request is approved following the review process, the approved refund amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of the approval decision. Please note that Soltyx reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, photographs, or evidence during the review process to ensure all decisions are made fairly and based on complete and accurate information.
